As an ally to the Black trans community, you can help shift that — replacing judgement with compassion and lifting voices that too often go unheard. Your solidarity provides an empowering hand against discrimination in all corners of society. What you'll learn The programme equips you to advocate for and support the Black trans community in tangible ways: Gain fluency in terminology, lived experiences, and the unique challenges faced at the intersection of trans and Black identities. Understand your role in showing up as an active ally, listener, and source of compassion. Learn principles of trans-affirming advocacy to apply at home, in the workplace, and in your wider community. Help create spaces for Black trans stories and perspectives to emerge from the margins. Commit to lifelong learning and unlearning — be a better ally tomorrow than you are today.
